Stirring image of beauty and strength, a magnificent pencil portrait of an elf. This struck me as Legolas at the time of the Council of Elrond, whole and healed, at the very end of Feud. I have just learned from Nellas of Doriath that the artist is Ellen M. Hooghoudt and she posts her work on Elfwood, here. This is actually a portrait of Glorfindel, it turns out, but I am going to leave it in the set of three Legolas pictures anyway. Now we have an image to go with Cuthenin's Faer Hebron! |
